Happy Day Local is proud to partner with the farmers, ranchers, and food producers who help make our region stronger, more resilient, and better fed. Many small producers have exceptional products but limited access to the large distribution systems that typically serve restaurants and institutions. Through our restaurants, butcher shop, commissary kitchen, warehouse, and local food distribution network, we are creating a practical path for these producers to reach more customers while keeping food dollars in our community. By sourcing locally, we strengthen relationships with the people who grow and raise our food, support the regional economy, and help build a more secure, transparent, and sustainable food system for the LC Valley and beyond.
