Packaging
Each cut is vacuum sealed in a clear bag and is labeled with the appropriate cut. Sausage and ground products are available in 1 and 2lb chubs. (see examples above)

Dry Aging
We also offer dry-aging options for those who prefer extended aging beyond our standard 10-14 day age.
Pork
- Cut and wrapped $1.10/lb
- Sausage options:Italian or breakfast
- Additional $1.50/lb for smoking
