This salmon comes from a family that has fished Bristol Bay, Alaska since 1933, with the 4th and 5th generations now carrying on a heritage that goes back to the Gold Rush and the Great Depression. Each season they harvest wild Alaska salmon from the pristine, cold waters of Bristol Bay, icing and freezing it immediately to preserve quality and nutrition.
