Nice size, good flavor.

I ate a brown one...soft boiled....and it was very good. The rest I gave away as a gift to a friend who loves fresh eggs.

We mix hot and regular together.

Roast had just the right amount of fat. Flavor was good. Cut into two pieces because too much for two people.

We love My Mama's Seasoning and have been using it for several years. We enjoy it on beef and chicken when grilling. Personal favorite is using it on asparagus! Trust me on this!

Great tasting and nice cuts.

Flavor and tenderness is the best…Love these…as a there is just the 2 of us we make this last for 3 meals, cut off a couple of steaks, then make bite size, roast it and then make lunch sliders or beef stroganoff with left overs…so many ways to enjoy this cut of beef.

I separated the two halves and cooked one and saved the other for later.
